With over 7 years experience in the waste industry, alongside a wealth of experience in finance roles, Stuart has joined Blue Castle Group in order to implement improved financial processes to support our sustainable growth plans.

Stuart is CIMA qualified, a Microsoft Certified professional in Dynamics NAV, and member of the Chartered Institute of Management.

Marie's previous experience includes a number of years for a facilities management Company working with one of the largest Supermarket chains in the UK. She then went on to spend 8 years cutting the teeth with Shanks Waste Management before joining Blue Castle Group in 2011.

Marie is a fully qualified Transport Manager and member of the Chartered Institute of Management.

David joined Blue Castle Group in 2008 having previously ran a successful business in the property sector. David was fundamental in the growth of the energy business, successfully developing ongoing strategic relationships with suppliers whilst continually bringing new clients to the company. David took a group role in 2013 integrating good practise across the group to ensure the company continues to grow whilst maintaining sustainable relationships with key stakeholders. David is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management.

 





The compliance team are dedicated to supporting the whole business in delivering quality and ensuring the company is proactive in adhering to current legislation and industry best practice.

Based at our head office, the finance team are responsible for customer reporting and invoice preparation, supplier liaison, monitoring customer performance, credit control and providing support to the compliance team.

In-line with the companies ethos, the team are encouraged in their own personal development, and continually improve internal processes allowing the highest level of service.





The Operations team are the fundamental link between our clients and internal resources. The team are introduced at the earliest opportunity to ensure a smooth transition during the implementation process.

We provide continued support and advice throughout the relationship and interact with all internal departments.

This dedicated team work closely with your business to ensure opportunities between both parties are maximised.

Based across the UK and at Head Office, our Sales team take pride in listening to our clients needs and in turn presenting the most relevant solution to their business. Each individual is an expert in their field  and empathise with both the customer requirements and internal departments such as operations, finance and compliance. This results in every customer receiving a sustainable and relevant service offering.

Having strong relationships with our vehicle suppliers enables us to offer bespoke Waste services to our clients giving the Account Management team the ability to tailor make waste collections for their customers.

The BC Direct team collect a variety of waste streams to include paper, WEEE, site clearances, and are trained to collect hazardous waste.





Our policy of continuous personal improvement has been designed to support the entire business ensuring that our staff have the opportunity to achieve their ambitions. Our team are receptive to a wide range of training courses to suit all sectors enabling each individual to achieve their full potential.
