Cutting the cost of landfill

Sorting and recycling this waste will have direct impact on landfill costs. At the moment, sending waste to landfill costs £40 per tonne. For every tonne of waste treated through an MRF the offsetting of tax alone can often cover your disposal costs. So not only is choosing to recycle more waste, better for the environment, it will often save you money.
